For this project, I was tasked with designing a microphone for at-home music recording. After interviewing several artists to understand their pain points and preferences, I identified that portability, convenience, and aesthetics were the most important features for my target users.

Through extensive sketching and prototyping, I developed a condenser microphone with a unique three-ringed design. The rings expand to form a portable stand that can be easily collapsed for transport. The compact design also has a small footprint, saving desk space, while the microphone can be handheld if preferred.
